One of the few available Industrial Zone 1 land sites in the Moorabbin industrial area has just been sold by David Garfield of Nixon Industrial to an owner occupier. The high profile site at 660B South Road sold for $1.5 million, and is likely to be developed into customised office / warehouse facilities by the new owner (STCA).
