One of Springvale’s last great land holdings is being offered to the market via an EOI campaign closing at 3:00pm on Wednesday, November 29.  Marketed by Nixon Industrial, in conjunction with Colliers International, the 4.28 hectare site at 1626-1638 Centre Road is between Westall Road and Springvale Road, and is zoned Industrial 1.
